Shipping policy

All orders during the Covid 19 epidemic will be shipped on the following Tuesday and Thursday that you have placed your order. Please understand that because USPS is currently severely understaffed, all package delivery times will vary. Once we drop it off at the post office, we will have no control over the delivery of the package. All packages must be signed for. If for any reason you fail to sign for a package, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees if you fail to pick it up at your post office and it is returned to sender.

If you happen to enter your address incorrect and do not notify us in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for the package once it has been delivered and signed for. As all labels are created by what you type in, if a product is sent back to us because of incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reship costs, or choose to get a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
