Returns

We currently have a strict no refund Policy .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email email us at jennysecretofficial@gmail.com with the issue at hand and photo proof so it can be reviewed . Any product that has been opened or used will be invalid for an exchange.  We recommend you check and inspect all items when you receive them. 

Any miscare of the products will void any product replacements.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

If your package is not signed on the day of delivery, it will be sent to your local post office. As all tracking numbers are emailed to you, you will be responsible if the product has not been picked up in a timely manner, as USPS will eventually send your package back to the sender. If your package was never picked up from the post office because no one was available to sign, you will have the option to have it resent once we receive it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend if this occurs. If you opt out of the product resend, you may choose to have your order refunded.

If you happen to enter your address incorrect and do not notify us in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for the package once it has been delivered and signed for. As all labels are created by what you type in, if a product is sent back to us because of incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reship costs, or choose to get a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that if we never receive it, we will not be able to issue a refund.
